Nick Gray is a real estate investor and broker licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida. Since founding Gray Property Group in 2019, Nick has amassed $8.5M in multi-family assets and has established the Company’s brokerage and management operations to serve fellow investors. Prior to entering real estate, Nick began his career as an aerospace engineer at Pratt & Whitney where he designed turbine blades for the jet engines onboard the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and the Black Hawk helicopter. He holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from Stanford and Cornell, respectively, and is a preparatory school graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy. He serves as a 1st Lieutenant in the New Hampshire Air National Guard’s 157th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron and as a trustee of New Hampshire Catholic Charities. Nick lives in Manchester and Sarasota with his wife, Caitlin, and daughter, Olivia.
