2022 Q2 Company Update

Gray Property Group stayed busy in the second quarter of 2022 with 15 units purchased by Nick Gray, another 3 units brokered, and a total of 19 units placed under management.

Nick Gray closed on his 15-unit, $1.65M purchase of 68 Kenney Street (6 units), 84 Blodget Street (5 units), and 185 Calef Road (4 units) in Manchester. Gray Property Group plans to renovate these 15 apartments into welcoming, comfortable, and affordable apartments for the working middle class. The renovation budget is estimated at $350K, which will bring the total project cost to ~$2.0M.

Nick Gray also brokered the sale of 3 units at 71 Front Street in Pembroke for an investor client and the property has now been placed under management with us. 

Gray Property Group also placed a condo at 55 River Road in Manchester under management.
