After laying the groundwork for our company in 2021, Gray Property Group continued to build on its success in the first quarter of 2022.
On the brokerage front, Nick Gray closed three multifamily sales totaling 12 units and ~$1.5M in sales volume:
- 283 East High Street – 3 units
- 58-62 Rimmon Street – 4 units
- 235-237 Spruce Street – 5 units
We also added a couple properties to the management portfolio:
- 283 East High Street – 3 units
- 5 Nicholas Way – Single-Family House
Gray Property Group is going to manage a large-scale renovation of the 3 apartments at 283 East High Street to transform them into safer, higher quality units with more functional layouts and higher rents.
Nick Gray has also placed a 15-unit scattered multifamily portfolio consisting of 3 buildings under contract for purchase. Gray Property Group will close on the properties in April 2022 and renovate the units throughout the summer and fall.
