Nick Gray is a real estate investor and broker licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida. Since founding Gray Property Group in 2019, Nick has amassed $15M in multifamily assets and has established the Company’s brokerage and management operations to serve fellow investors. Prior to entering real estate, Nick began his career as an aerospace engineer at Pratt & Whitney where he designed turbine blades for the jet engines onboard the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and the Black Hawk helicopter. He holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from Stanford and Cornell, respectively, and is a preparatory school graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy. Nick served for 6+ years the New Hampshire Air National Guard’s 157th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, attaining the rank of Captain, and continues to support charitable and community initiatives as a trustee of New Hampshire Catholic Charities. Nick splits his time between Manchester, New Hampshire, and Sarasota, Florida, where he lives with his wife, Caitlin, their daughters, Olivia and Marina, and their son, Michael.
