Riley O’Brien New Hire

We were thrilled to name Riley O’Brien as our new property manager. Riley joins Gray Property Group with over 10 years of experience in property management and most recently worked for Princeton Properties in Bedford, NH, and the Massachusetts Merrimack Valley. Riley now oversees our day-to-day management of ~70 apartments and 20,000 SF of commercial space, totaling ~15M in assets under management (AUM). Riley has already made a major impact at the Company by leasing 10 apartments in just the first 4 weeks. Riley has a B.A. from Westfield State University and an M.Ed from the University of Georgia. She recently purchased and resides in a 140-year-old Victorian multi-family home that she has been restoring in Nashua.
