Gray Property Group is proud to close its first calendar year in business with several accomplishments under our belt. After becoming licensed as a real estate broker, Nick Gray founded Gray Property Group to serve fellow multifamily real estate investors like himself and improve the local housing stock in the process.
In 8 months as a broker, Nick Gray closed 7 sales, consisting of 26 multifamily units and 10,000+ SF of commercial space, and totaling to $3.4M in sales:
- 784 Chestnut Street – 3 units
- 548 Goebel Street – 8 units
140 Third Street – 3 units - 275 Lake Avenue – 4 units
- 91 West Street – 6 units
- 1650 Elm Street #401 – 2,200 SF office
- 210 North State Street – 8,000 SF office
Gray Property Group also began to offer property management services for the first time in Fall 2021, adding 21 units to the portfolio:
- 34 Ponemah Hill Road – 9 units
- 283 Lake Avenue – 12 units
With this new business, Gray Property Group established an office at 1650 Elm Street and hired its first two employees, a full-time property manager and a marketing specialist.
In summary, in 2021 Gray Property Group set the foundation of our operation. We look forward to continuing to build out our company to follow through on our mission of improving multifamily housing in the Granite State.
