Gray Property Group has been pleased to welcome several new faces to our team over the past few months.
Judy Staka has joined the brokerage team as a sales and leasing agent with several years of experience in the industry. Her empathetic approach to solving clients’ housing needs sets her apart from the average agent. Likewise, her bilingual fluency in Spanish broadens the population that she can guide and serve in finding a home.
Ben Berube is our 2023 summer intern. In March, Ben met with Nick Gray for an informal interview to learn more about the real estate industry as part of his senior project. During this session, Nick recognized Ben’s sincere interest in getting an early start in the real estate industry and decided that he could help the Company on a variety of special projects. As our intern, Ben is going to implement a number of business development initiatives, such as creating acquisition systems for sourcing off-market deals, prospecting for property management clients, and establishing an operation in Florida.
Tim Baxter is a new sales agent in our office. Tim has become a good friend of Nick Gray after the pair met in 2018 through their involvement in local and state politics. Over the past 2 years, Tim has joined Nick in the real estate industry and they have done several deals together. Nick has represented Tim in his purchases and later sales of 19 units’ worth of multifamily business. Through those deals, Tim has developed significant multifamily experience that he will now use to help our clients find investment opportunities to buy or sell their properties for top-dollar.
