We all start somewhere! Gray Property Group is proud to announce that it has finished its renovation of Nick Gray’s duplex at 10-12 Auburn Street in Exeter. This property holds special significance to Nick because it was the first multifamily property that he purchased and he called it his home from 2017 to 2020. At the time, he didn’t have the funds to properly renovate the place aside from DIY improvements, but he included it in a round of ~25 apartment renovations this past summer and fall.
For this renovation, Gray Property Group added some luxury finishes to cater to the Downtown Exeter market. The kitchens feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a built in microwave and dishwasher, and recessed lighting. The apartments have also been equipped with central air. Other finishes include luxury vinyl plank flooring, brand new bathroom fixtures, and all new doors and trim throughout. Finally, Gray Property Group freshly painted the house, built new steps and decks, installed new white vinyl fencing, and revamped the property’s landscaping.
