Nick Gray is transforming Manchester one building at a time! Through his leadership at Gray Property Group, in 2022 Nick spearheaded or facilitated the purchase and renovation of over 25 multifamily buildings in Southern and Seacoast New Hampshire. In doing so, he has created 200 safe and quality apartment homes that feature brand-new finishes yet still rent at rates affordable for median-income households. Gray Property Group’s work has raised the standard for what New Hampshire residents can expect from our state’s 1900 multifamily housing stock and proven a business model by which real estate investors can solve the Granite State’s lack of ‘missing middle’ housing.
Beyond real estate, Nick’s dedication to community and country shines through his service as an officer in the NH Air National Guard, a public servant on Exeter and Manchester’s municipal boards, and a trustee of NH Catholic Charities. In addition, as President of the Manchester Business Alliance, he’s at the forefront of tackling the city’s challenges, proving that true leadership involves both vision and action. Personally and professionally, Nick and his company are actively involved with practicing social responsibility.
